Troy Ohio is located in Miami County Ohio, and Miami County has a TON of cool places for you to visit with your on leash dog. Please be respectful and pack out your dog’s waste, and maybe even pack out somebody ELSE’S waste if you find it. We love our parks system here in Miami County!
Lost Creek Reserve – Lots of shaded trails here that branch this way and that. Easy parking, river access. There are indoor bathrooms here too. Very close to Agility Challenge Acres!
Charleston Falls – Also pretty close to Agility Challenge Acres. Shaded gravel trails that are well maintained and drain well. Indoor (pit) toilets that are pretty clean. Even when the parking lot is full, you may see nobody on the trails. But sometimes busy.
Kyle Park – Huge sports complex and park in Tipp City. There is a fenced dog park at the back, and you can walk waaaay back to get to the river. Not as nice an experience as the above two parks, but it is an option.
