1. Sponsor
This sweepstakes is sponsored by Daisy Creative LLC, 5467 E State Route 41, Troy, OH 45373.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., age 18 or older. Void where prohibited or restricted by law, including NY, FL, and RI.
3. Sweepstakes Period
Entries will be accepted starting on May 5, 2025 at 8:00 AM ET and ending at 3:00 PM ET on May 26, 2025.
4. How to Enter
(a) Donation Entry
Donate $5 to support Courtney Farmer on her journey to the 2025 European Open in Portugal, and receive one (1) entry for every $5 donated. Donations are not tax-deductible and do not guarantee a prize.
(b) Free Mail-In Entry
To enter without donating, hand-print your full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number on a 3″x5″ card and mail it in a #10 envelope to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by May 20, 2025 and received by May 24, 2025.
5. Prize
One (1) Klimb Canine Fitness Platform (Approximate Retail Value: $160). No prize substitution or cash alternative is allowed.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted using Random.org at the close of the sweepstakes period, 3:00 PM ET on May 26, 2025. The winner will be notified via email and must respond within 5 days to claim the prize. If the prize is unclaimed, an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Odds
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
8. General Conditions
Entrants agree to abide by these rules and decisions of Daisy Creative LLC, which are final. Daisy Creative LLC reserves the right to disqualify any entry that appears to violate these rules or tamper with the entry process.
